This tea can act as a mult-tasker. The tea has all its health benefits for heart, mind and body while it can also help re-invigorate the skin.

The drink/face mask couldn’t be simpler to make and has the anti oxidants in the green teas combined with all the nutritional benefits of Chia. I use Chia Bia black chia seeds.

Why Green Tea?
Because it has so many health benefits and is loaded with polyphenols that speed up calorie burn.

The antioxidants in green tea work to repair skin and eliminate wrinkles. Putting green tea on your skin has been proven to repair sun damage.

Why Chia seeds?
Because they are a great source of calcium and help to control appetited due to their fibre content and because they expand can keep you feeling fuller longer. Chia seeds also loaded with Omega 3 fatty acids which are great for your heart and can boost metabolism.
Why Honey?
Because it is anti-bacterial and hydrating for your skin.


  •  2 cups green tea
  •  2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoons honey (less if you don’t want your tea too sweet).

Make two cups of Naturespharm Green Tea (1/4 teaspoon of powder per cup or stronger if you want it) and add the chia seeds.

Let sit for 10 minutes or until the consistency thickens. Add honey and stir. Once the tea has thickened pour about a ¼ of a cup of the mixture on to your hands and apply to your face.

Let the mixture stay on your face for about 10 minutes and remove with warm water, massaging skin as you rinse.
Drink the rest of the chilled tea.
